A familiar name has opened-up shop inside the public library in Poland.
The owners of the Rosetta Stone restaurant in downtown Youngstown have taken-over the "Chapters" cafe on the ground floor of the library.
"We were just looking at different prpoerties. We feel the library, they needed something with some food and some coffee, of course, for all their people that come in; all their patrons, and we figured it's a good business for us and we're actually booking a lot of banquets right now," said Steve Horvat, Executive Chef.
The new venture will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner -- and will also offer catering services and and off site, becoming the latest addition to what started with the cafe and wine bar downtown.
Workers said the new "Rosetta Stone Chapters" will offer a relatively simple menu to start, but could expand its offerings as business grows.
