The Youngstown teenager accused of brutally murdering an elderly woman in a church parking lot late last month will appear in court today (Monday), along with his mother and father.
Jamar Houser, 18, is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing. He's accused of the murder and robbery of Angeline Fimognari, 80. Police believe Houser robbed, shot and killed Fimognari as she was leaving St. Dominic's Church in Youngstown.
However, Jamar's parents are now facing charges in connection with the case as well. On Friday, John Houser and Francis Cianciola were arrested and charged with retaliation against a witness. They are set to be arraigned today. (Monday)
Jamar Houser remains in jail on a $3-million bond.
His parents face a third-degree felony, which could carry a possible 1-to-5 year prison sentence.
