A local pharmacist pleads not guilty to theft and drug charges.
John Thomas lives in Brookfield, but works for the Newton Falls Rite Aid. He is accused of stealing the prescription painkiller, Vicoden.
He's free on a $5,000 bond and is due back in court later this month.
