Nearly $1 million in federal stimulus money is heading to the Delphi Automotive Plant in Warren.

Gov. Ted Strickland announced Monday that the money will be used to covert boilers there from steam heat to gas. Also, four generators will be replaced with a more energy efficient system.

The changes will generate a yearly energy savings of about $400,000.
